Is there a way a man be on a birth cert. if he is not legal dad and anthr is paying chld supt.? w/out adoption?
My ex wants to claim my child but the courts have already established that another man is the father. He is not around so we just want to put him on the birth cert. and try to make it as legal as possible without adoption. Is that possible?
